MULTIFEED's Linear & Conveyor Elevator Hoppers are specially designed to supplement bowl and linear feeder systems by providing a reliable, high-capacity solution for automatic part replenishment. These hoppers reduce manual intervention by automatically feeding parts as needed, using non-contact level control sensors to signal feeding operations.

The Linear Hopper is used when bulk part storage is required, especially in systems using vibratory or centrifugal feeders. Its tray design accommodates larger or bulkier components, ensuring a smooth and consistent part flow.

The Conveyor Elevator Hopper, on the other hand, provides a vertical conveying mechanism that lifts components from the hopper to the feeder. It’s ideal for feeding a wide range of components—from lightweight plastic items to heavier steel parts. The large storage volume and low filling height make it easy to refill and maintain, significantly improving process uptime and operator safety.
